Wow, the flame is so vivid and beautiful I kinda wanna pay someone to have it tattooed on their back. The fire immediately draws your eye but it doesn't take away anything from the rest of the picture. The eye is piercing and you notice the scars on his arms and the mountains are truly stunning.
A whole lot of details make this a great piece of art. The Flames on his back, the scars on his skin, the way you painted the sword to make the metal reflective yet still keep the same tone of the male figure, the blood and bandages on his right arm coloured and draw beautifully and shows a past battle or incident, his face having a strong warrior type vibe to it well still showing some elegance and yet retains his handsomeness. So many things came together perfectly just to make this a great drawing of a guy, but the background pushes it over the edge and propels it into an Artistic milestone, well I think so anyway.
Maybe I am just overwhelmed by you talent and am seeing so much in this but I really love this piece. It's great to know that drawing women beautifully has not hindered your ability to draw men in this manner, with strength and good looks. I would even go as far to saying that he looks so of like a Royal from the past, hunting to reclaim something that has been taken from him. All in all I would say that this has elevated it's way into my favourite picture by you so far, although just be glancing at your gallery I can already see one I will love more.
Outstanding work, a piece of Art with a fitting name.
I´m so flattered for all the comments, specially I love love love how perceptive you are, at least everything you have said and every interpretation about my works, it fits so well with what I was trying to convey or put in it, like on this one, I had a whole story in my mind for him, and what you said about being a Royal from the past, hunting to reclaim something that has been taken from him, man that is just perfect for him. So thank you again!. I have enjoyed so much reading all the comments.
